2013 FTE Leaders in Ministry Conference

The FTE Leaders in Ministry Conference gathered a diverse group of young adults for five days of peer conversation and exposure to Christian leaders who are engaging the world through the church and the academy. During this conference, themed Exploring the Growing Edges of Christian Ministry, participants explored innovative models of ministry and basic skills in leading change.

This gathering provided opportunities for young adults to:

• Discover models of faithful leadership and innovation
• Build community with other young leaders
• Explore vocation through intergenerational mentoring and peer learning
• Engage Christian leaders, peers and others who are involved in ministry
• Explore new possibilities for leadership in ministry
