This course is designed to equip you with the tools you need to cultivate meaningful connections, understand your calling, provide spiritual care, and create ecumenically diverse experiences for students, faculty, and staff through campus ministry.
Allison Arsenault is the Director of Community Engagement at Forum for Theological Exploration where she leads coordination efforts for the Youth Theological Network. Prior to this role, Allison supported the design and implementation of experiences centered on young adults exploring a call to ministry and church leaders who accompany them. She is an ordained Minister of the Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (USA).
Allison will lead the main sessions during the YTN Annual Gathering and the Leadership and Connection Grant Info Session.

The Forum for Theological Exploration (FTE) is a leadership incubator that inspires young people to make a difference in the world through Christian communities. Since its founding in 1954, FTE has provided resources, events, networks, grants, and fellowships to cultivate tomorrow's leaders, pastors, and theological educators, FTE provides a forum through which gifted, purposeful students, young adults, and partners explore their passion, purpose, and call.
Young adults who are 18-35 looking to explore ministry through campus ministry or current leaders in campus ministry who are looking to lead differently.
This course was created to help young adults discover and answer their call to campus ministry alongside a community of like-minded peers and visionary Christian leaders. Together course participants will explore ways to build connections on campus and how to provide spiritual care for students, faculty, and staff.
Upon completion, you will join FTE's network of alumni, including pastors, professors, deans, presidents of organizations, civil servants, and non-profit leaders who lead their communities, congregations, and society. Additionally, participants will also have access to the resources to continue their vocational pursuits including an opportunity to apply for FTE's Ministry Exploration and Mentoring Project grant.
This course is self-paced, you will have 5 weeks to complete the course from your start date.
