FTE is leading change for good by nurturing faithful, wise, courageous leaders for the church and the academy. One way we accomplish this mission is by offering diverse young adults, students and partner organizations financial support and opportunities to develop leadership in the face of complex shifts in the church, economy and theological education.
FTE has supported more than 7,000 young adults, rising church leaders and scholars on their path to vocation. These leadership and vocational discernment opportunities have helped to generate some of the most influential religious voices within denominational bodies, congregations, theological institutions and society.
