For Rev. Dr. Barbara Kershner Daniel, the church is a place of discernment and service. As an FTE Congregational Partner, she seeks to identify and cultivate leadership in the congregational community, whether that is a pastor or a Sunday school teacher. She sees that helping people to identify their vocation and take responsibility for their commitment of faith creates hope, direction and leadership for generations.
