Discerning Purpose, Passion, and Call

Rev. Allison Arsenault is the Director of Community Engagement at Forum for Theological Exploration where she oversees young adult initiatives and FTE’s convening networks. Allison moved to Atlanta in 2013 to attend Emory University’s Candler School of Theology, where she received her Master of Divinity. After several years working in nonprofit fundraising, Allison joined the team at FTE in 2019 in response to her call to shape future leaders for the church and academy. She is ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (USA) and serves on the board of Young Clergywomen International.

A native of Texas, she is a proud alum of Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, and enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and very cute dog.

The Reverend Dr. Brandon Harris is the Director of Partnerships/Business Development for the Forum for Theological Exploration in Atlanta, Georgia. Brandon was ordained at the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, the historic church community of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Religion from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, an M.Div. with certificates in Black Church Studies and Baptist Studies from Candler School of Theology at Emory University, and a D.Min from New York Theological Seminary.
He is an affiliate of the USC Center for Religion and Civic Culture and a member of the Board of Directors of Auburn Theological Seminary in New York City. He is also a member of the American Baptist National Network of Chaplains, Pastoral Counselors, Spiritual Directors, and Specialized Ministers; the Association of Chaplaincy and Spiritual Life in Higher Education; and the American Society of Church History.
